How much do the people Making the money get paid?

I have always wondered, what is their compentsation to not do anything crazy to trillions of dollars in the faces of the workers.

I dont now what the position title is so I can not search it myself which is why I am asking you guys. If someone tells me the position title, thats good enough I guess

I'm sure there are cameras and searches, etc. etc. to make sure they don't take any of the money.
