when is panic at the disco's new album coming out?

I'm not sure, right now Brendon, Spencer, and Jon are at the cabin (Where Ryan goes to write songs). Ryan is on his way, in fact I think he already arrived. They will be doing no touring or anything until this album is done, so very soon I hope!
