i love the falloutboy band but my mom hatez them
and she wont let me lisen to them how can i make her see that punk rock music isnt the devils music.....

well here's your first problem, fallout boy is not punk rock!, hehe now that i cleared that up, you should see what kind of music she likes, and maybe you can find something that catches your attention, that way you can both listen to music together. also her approach as an "adult" and explain to her that "punk rock " music isn't the devil's work, it's anarchy or rebellion music. let me also add that you should start listening to some real punk music, and get the roots of it, I'm just saying this because yo really don't want to be looked at as a poser, do ya? i mean most of the mainstream punk bands now in days are just fashion punks, they do it just to look pretty on stage...hehe, and they have a squad of kids following them and rebelling against.....hmmm man nothing, maybe just what kind of eye liner looks best....
hey I'm not trying to be rude, just doing this out of love and curiosity. also, i think fallout by was a great band, i bought their first CD, and it was great, they were just a band trying to make it, but as soon as i picked up their second CD, man i was so disappointed, just a bunch of catchy songs, but i guess that's what happens when you sign on to a big record label....

While I believe that Fall Out Boy sucks the lifeblood out of all that rocks, it's still your music of choice (perhaps you'll grow out of it.)
In the meantime, you should try to calmly discuss the situation with your mother, and ask her what kind of music she listened to at your age-- and how her mother reacted to it. Maybe you can find common ground in that, and maybe you can share each other's music. Try to find one of their songs that might be more to her liking, but don't try to force her to listen to it. Let her control the volume, too -- so it's not TOO LOUD and immediately obnoxious to her.

Fallout boy is'nt the devils music...Even the devil has some standards.
Try Led Zeppelin or even Green day,you need to heighten your musical tastes.

listen too them with out here knowing. i listen to rap and my parents dont like it but i do it ne way.
