I found a Duplex this perfect for me, and I WANT IT! i found it on a web site and it was just posted today, how do i guarantee i'll get it, what are things i can do to help me, im dying to have it for my new home!

it's for rent....would it be crazy to go to thier office and say im interested...like..go right now

Call the people who posted it and tell them you're interested. Set up a showing so you can see it in person, because you don't want to rent it without seeing it in person (trust me!).
Then offer a deposit as soon as you can to guarantee it wil be yours. A deposit usually works for most people.

You need to find an aggressive Realtor,and tell them that you really want it. Don't give up, it worked for us.
