hold down Alt and hit the 3 on the number pad on the side there to the right of the arrow keys.
or if ur talking about on myspace or something like that hit:
& hearts ; but thake out the spaces between & and hearts and between hearts and the semicolon

there's certain "ALT" Codes (ex: Alt+1234) that create these symbols. Also, there is a font on your computer (like Arial, Times New Roman) called Webdings, the font consists of nothing but symbols, you may be able to find some in there. Also, just do a websearch for "ALT Symbols" there should be tons of listings.
