How long will it take for Certian Dri to work?

I've been using it for like 3 days already....answer my question plz

It sounds like it might not be effective for you.

Are you also using the Certain Dri AM daily?

You might have to go to the Doctor and get the prescription strength which is about double the active ingredient.
