I think that "Cancer" from MCR is the saddest song ever because my grandmother was afflicted with cancer and she wasnt suposed to recover althjough she did. So whenever I hear that song it reminds me of that and so therefore to me it is the saddest song. I teared up when they sang it at the concert. lol. Im a dork, I know =P
