There is actually little to NO risk of contracting rubella from a vaccine. They are toxoid vaccines, which means that scientists break down the DNA of the virus and only use PARTS of it to make the vaccination. Therefore, the vaccination doesn't contain the virus as a whole and you are very unlikely to catch rubella from it.
I would say you are better off letting your daughter stay on track with her vaccinations than waiting.
Good luck and congrats with the new baby on the way!!

Send her to grandparents as suggested. The vaccines maybe conversational but it is better to be safe then sorry. Check and see what is in the vaccine, if it is the new updated one without the toxic stuff people have been complaining about.
My kid has had rubella and 5th's diseases several times now, the vaccines didn't help us. Check with the school and see if they will allow her to wait until after the baby is borne.

get her the shot, it will be fine, your doc has to tell you all the warnings, all five of my children have been vaccinated and are fine and all my nieces and nephews, all my friends children etc

This is a decision for your doctor to make. Certainly you aren't the first one in this position.

She can have the injection and it will not affect you or your unborn baby.

Take her in, everything will be fine.
