Bothe are great bands, but if I had to choose, The Who is better.
It's not just that pete has better guitar solos than keith, it's that the band as a whole functions together more as one.
The Who lyrics are also more poetic (I'm Free) and they have awsommmmme acuostic guitar solos.

I like the Who much better. I mean, I do like the Stones but their stuff is kind of cheesy, especially now. The Who have always been more creative and innovative.

The Stones....no matter what new times brought they always withstood. They're music is immortal, I mean at 65 years old Mick Jagger is still touring sold out venues with ticket prices that are through the roof, and they're selling out.
