for about 2 years now ive like this guy at my school...at first it was only one of my friends that knew about this and now one of my other friends found out. Me and the guy i like have done nothing to start a relationship. The only thing we do is stare at eachother when we get the chance. Me and the guy are in different classes so we dont get to talk or see eachother as much as we did last year (we were in the same class then) and so my friend (the one that found out) thinks that there is something wrong with this and wants me to do something about it like talk to him and stuff...I dont because first of all...
I have braces...I already know that braces arent a big deal and i should accept myself and that if he likes me he'll look over it but as soon as i see his face...I forget about it and worry about it more! I also dont talk to him because I wouldnt know what to say! Also because I'm scared of the result. Please help me and tell me what i should do!

sorry for it being long...Also she says that he doesnt like me back and tries to prove it all the time...I know this isnt true because my friend (the one that knew about this) has said and warned me many times when he stares at me for a while... PLEASE HELP! NO BAD COMMENTS PLZ

OK i know how you feel. I think you should start a casual conversation with him. when you do talk to him kind of send signals your interested in him if he doesn't send signals back he might not be interested.I have braces just like you and so do many girls at my school. Just because you have braces doesnt mean a guy doesnt like you.My ex boyfriend didnt even care that i had braces.
If he does send signals back at you that means he is interested as well then you should make the first move.When i say first move i mean like you should invite him to go to like Mcdonalds or somewhere for lunch or something on like a saturday.Try to make it really fun.Like get to know him a little bit and let him get to know you a little bit.Then if he says you should hang out again sometime then it possibly means he is interested.Well good luck!!!

Try to tune your friends out - their comments aren't helping. Also, if you never get past the staring stage, you'll never know what is really there. Try to get in some activities that he's in. Try to spend some times around people who are his friends. Staring back and forth isn't going to get either of you very far.

On a Monday morning I would get myself looking good, not too much make-up, no slutty clothes and hair perfect. Then I would gather up all of my courage together, take a deep breath in, let it out, and walk up to him at his locker or wherever, and just say " Hi! How's it goin'"?
If he answers you, (which if he doesn't, just forget about him), just answer any questions he may ask, and ask him about his weekend or something like that. Just be relaxed, and be yourself. Good Luck!

okay why don't you just try your best to remember that if he really likes you he wont care if you have braces i have braces to and i have a boyfriend and he has kissed me to all this happened and i had braces and i still do and he is still my boyfriend because he likes for who i am and if you do ask this guy out and he refuses you just think of it as his loss
