Our new computer (from PC World) Has Windows Vista installed. When I try to make a connection, via AOL, a box appears saying "This disc is compatible only with Windows XP. We have had XP for several years, and just assumed we could use our old installation disc, as we are still existing AOL custumers. My wife phoned AOL and explained what was happening, and was told that we needed an installation disc for Vista. The big problem is, nobody seems to know where we can get these discs. We were told to go to any major outlet, and pick one up, but no place seems to have them. We then found a store that "Did" have them, but no longer "had them" The guy did however,"burn" us a copy of the Vista installation disc. All seemed well when we tried it, except, when we entered our AOL username and password, it would not accept, and kept informing us that, we were not using the correct username/password. Can anyone help? We`ve been trying for a whole week, all to no avail.
