Obey them, that's what i do. Gives you a headache but it shuts them up for a little while.

till now you're taking any psychiatric drugs (that are risky and relatively addictive) I propose you flow to a solid physician (yet not a psychiatrist as they do no tests) and make helpful there isn't a physiological reason you're feeling this type. The voices must be led to via such problems as lead toxicity, poisonous poisoning or hypersensitive reactions. you will have a diet deficiency or any style of alternative physiological problems. a efficient physician can do a radical examination and an entire panel of blood tests to unravel it. and then that is effectively taken care of.
