I am a violent sneezer - hit my head on the steering wheel once, lol

I'm not rude like other people in the office. I don't feel the need for everyone to know I sneezed.

I use to hold it in but Dr told me not to. He said something needs to come out so let it BLOW. Hard habit to break!
My friend Felix ALWAYS sneezes 7 times before he stops!

Let it out. If I hold it in, it feels like my head is underwater. Plus sneezes are like mini orgasms of the mouth.

I try to keep it in. If I let it out there will be people getting blasted across the room.

i let it out... i usually always sneeze three times in a row... then i'm good... i don't hold in sneezes... that's not good for a person...

Why wouldn't u let it out? Its part of life. I dont think their is a reason to not let it out. Even for girls.

i let it out and when i do i make sure its loud so the room cna hear it and nearby people too.
what i hate are snarts (sneeze + fart combos) when those come out i have to check my pants
