I'm french I go to the west coast and Vegas, the next week and I would like to know what can I doing in Vegas because I consider as a minor in uor contry ( I'm 19). Can I enter and not play in Casinos?

You can enter the casinos but you can not gamble nor can you attend any bars/clubs.
Most people come to Vegas just to do those things.
However, not all hope is lost. Here are some ideas:
Check out the numerous shows
Star Trek Experience
Fashion Show Mall
Gameworks
M&M World
People watch
New York, New York Coney Island and rollercoaster
Rides on/at the Stratosphere
Fremont Street
Adventuredome
Cosmo Bowling at the Gold Coast

You can't go into the casino floors but you can go into the casinos and see what they are like and hit the clubs and restaurants located in the casinos. There are tons of activies to do and see in Vegas aside from gambling. You'll have a great time!

you can go into the casino's but you'll notice that the carpet is different for "walking areas" than it is for "playing areas", and when you step into a "playing area" a guard will come and ask you to step back. But there are plenty of roller coasters, water parks, aquariums, and prostitutes to go around

you can go in the casino yes, but of course cannot play. there is tons of stuff to do in vegas for minors. plus tons of hot tail everywhere. if you can't hoook up here, there is no hope for you. just go to one of the many clubs

i don't know about casinos but definately check out the shows they have in vegas.
