I like the reddish blue ones. With blue rocks. BUT please get a larger tank than those little boxed ones. They have some that are like $10 that are a lot bigger, and your Betta will be happier!

I like the blue colored bettas. Blue is my favorite color, and I think they are very pretty.
Maybe get blue colored gravel and put a thin layer of blue tinted stones on top of the gravel layer. I think that'll look nice.

It depends on U actually cos' I cannot decide your pet for ya. So just remember try to choose an environment that has the same or almost the same colour as your betta.. Don't actually die die must the same. Just something similar to their tone/colour as this will minimise stress and colour fading to them when it feels being secure..

My betta is blue and black. It's really preety. The stones are turquoise.

whatever you do stay AWAY from the neon rocks,...yeah i made that mistake with my first tank, it gets reallllllly annoying after a while!
