Always remember that YOU are a person worth knowing.. When you walk into a room.....be noticed....don't let your self become the wall flower that every one never sees.... Enlighten yourself in current issues and express an opinion. Treat people as you would have them treat you....do not belittle others or be bigoted..... keep your eyes level and don't look down, look upward and outward toward the future....

Set a goal for yourself...something challenging...for 6 months from now. "In 6 months I will........." Also decide what steps you will take to achieve that goal and decide by what time you will accomplish each step. Work toward something that motivates you. Start with "I always wished I could..."
You won't become a better person. You will see what a great person you are when you look in the mirror.
Best to you! You WILL achieve your goal!

Always be neat and clean. Dress according to the occasion, stand and walk straight. Listen before speaking and remember to always be polite. Everyone has something that they are real good at doing, so find what you do best and become even better at doing it. Primarily, like yourself for you and don't try to be what you aren't. True friends like you for you and not what you aren't.

If you're not confident, just fake that you are. Speak loudly and clearly. Don't slouch, walk with your head up. No one will be able to tell the difference. Eventually, you may even begin to believe that you are confident.

Just embrace whatever it is about yourself that you aren't very happy with. Look at it in a positive light and be proud of it!!!
Here's an example: Me, myself, I like to read to the dictionary. It's the nerdiest thing in the universe, BUT I don't care because it's an "interesting" and quirky extension of myself that I embrace because there's no one else like me. (AND not to mention, I have broadened my vernacular horizons from letters A-S)**
Good luck sweets!!

Start out by doing 1 good deed for someone. Just having them say thank you is sometimes enough.

figure out what's your best feature and enhance it. if you have some talents in singing, dancing, any sports, improve it and be good at it. treat people with respect and they will respect you in return. be positive in everything you do and love yourself for what you are. know your limitations and shortcomings for you can't please everyone. take care and good luck!
