can i connect my two pcs, 1 pc and 1 laptop, to the internet at the same time???

i can connect one at the time, but when i try to connect a second one, it doesnt work.
i have a dsl internet service.
and the laptop is wireless connected.

yes, you use a router: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Router
or a switch: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_switch
or a hub: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethernet_hub

the one you use depends on your situation, but a router is the most common.

Yeah, but if the laptop is wireless capible I would get one that can support both wireless internet and a desktop. The Internet will still cost the same, that's what we do here. We have one desktop and three laptops.

why not you can only use one at a time even if you use five it wont make any difference you dont even have to own one just get close enough to some one you know has one and away you go fro free. i do it all the time, mostly downtown where the city has wireless internet.
