I wouldn't have any idea....why wasn't this information included in your resume....my husband has a stack of job applications and resumes on his desk continuously...if they don't give the information up front he goes to the next applicant..he doesn't have time to track someone down not when the next on the pile has everything needed right at hand........your lucky they called you back..most places wouldn't even bother to call you back

Sounds like someone running a for the most part legitimate business, but with times being tough he might not be doing so well and is looking to steal someone’s identity and do some other underhanded things as an individual. A lot of employers who run other wise legit businesses have now resorted to criminal and questionable activities on the side to make some extra cash when things aren’t going well with their main source of income (their business)

11:45 at night?? What kind of job were you applying for a bartender or something? Also it looks like you are in the US, you should never have to provide your birthday, you only have to prove you are above 18 for most jobs, or over 21 for others.

Sounds like a looser to me. I'd avoid him, and double check your social security number for fraud now (seriously). And employers don't waste peoples time, they are about to make a serious investment in their business. Just like you take times deciding what shoes to buy and what they will go with (in most situations) it's the same way with hiring, you can't hire off impulse or you wind up with employees with skills that don't match the jobs. Like that pair of fusia and lime pumps that go with nothing.

An interview at those hours of the night is strange, it seems a very strange work you should be careful many people they take advantage of people that look for work.
The other thing is that you should not sell your body for money it is very dangerous for you and for your health
since you can contract sexual illnesses as AIDS
you should value yourself and to respect you for that if you don't make it nobody will make it
you don't end up falling in the prostitution

espero que sea util este consejo

It take time to find job maybe year and employers don't have much time either. They're sent you their red tape. If you don't from them a couple of days call back!
