You have damaged a steering or suspension part and should have it looked at right away. You don't want to have a ball joint or tie-rod end break while driving at highway speed, your life (or your passenger's) is not worth trying to save a few bucks by ignoring this problem.
Additional comment: all these "get an alignment" answers are only partially correct. An alignment is the procedure where the adjustment points are set to line up the wheels properly. Any damaged parts must be repaired or replaced before any alignment procedure can de done. Most garages that do alignments will be able to identify any problem and do the needed repairs.

You got some bent steering stuff. My steering wheel is 30 degrees off center as I broke everything under there and it cost so much to replace it that we left a couple things for later and just offset the steering wheel to compensate. Go to a tire place and have them check it out. If they do an alignment, they can't help finding your problem.

Get your front end aligned before you scrub off the outer edge of that tire. That may correct the steering wheel issue as well.

That happened to me a year or so ago. Your back axle is damaged {it's bent}. The alignment is off as well do to the fact of the axle. Take it to the shop. If the axle is too damaged to repair they will basically bend it back the best they can but you'll have to be really careful after.

Go to a mechanic and get an "Alignment" They are typically about 100 dollars. There are many commercial places that give you a "2 year" alignment for about that much. This means you can keep going back if you hit a curb again or if you get new tires or whatever.
If you continue to drive with your car out of alignment, you will wear out your tires prematurely and you will get decreased gas mileage.

You need a front end alignment, I am surprised it wasn't done when the new rims were put on.
