Ear massage? How odd! I wouldn't like that at all, don't like people messing with my ears...

So its just rubbing of the ears. an ear massage increases your range of motion with your head. Try it...look all the way to your right and then all the way to your left and remember what you could see behind you to the very corner of your vision and then massage your ears. Start at the lobe and slowly work your way up to the top...dont put your fingers in your ear but just by the very edge. go back down and up and down a few times and then turn your head to the sides again and see if you can see more out of ur perferal vision!! its pretty cool

I'm a bodyworker and often massage people's ears. I guess I have a sense for who enjoys it and who doesn't, so far no complaints.

There are tons of acupuncture/acupressure points in the ears. I certainly don't know any of them, but gently and firmly pressing on them can help relieve mild headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath, feeling spacy, increase clarity and energy.

Try it on yourself...

start at the top of your ears and gently squeeze with your fingers your ears all the way to your ear lobes. Enjoy it?

As "pianodirt" has said, there are many beneficial acupressure points on the ear. I have heard it referred to as "auricular" massage.

My reflexologist told me that points on your ears relate to points around your body, as with feet and hands in reflexology. This can also be very relaxing as it often has a calming effect on your mind and body. Very good for combatting stress! :-)
