I was reported today by someone on P&S. I received a violation. I feel betrayed. Does the reporter have the courage to fess up?

I am really fed up of these violations without any reason.I feel some are just doing it out of spite.
It has ceased to be fun any more. I wonder if anyone will ever own up.
