Working in a cubicle is not difficult. Depends on the job..Can range from help desk/customer service to exec positions.
A cubicle is not boring, it's the work you are doing that counts.

it can be hard, it depends on what you are doing. I'm a staff accountant. It depends on what you do. My job isn't that hard but it is tiring. I have a degree, but there are some jobs (telemarketers) that don't need a degree. My job pays well, but it's my starting job. it could pay more. It is so boring at times, that's why I'm on y!answers.

What you do depends on the company you work for, but typically you are in an administrative, technical, sales or low level management role.
Hard is relative
Most companies prefer degrees for any position
Pay depends on the company, industry, your skill set and tenure
Boring is in the eyes of the beholder

a cubicle refers to those dividers that they have in offices to give people a little privacy without having separate rooms and doors for everyone. it has nothing to do with the type of work done.
