A followup on Lily's question?

Why is it that some people that know very little about what they do. You can't understand how they got to be a supervisor or boss when you have to educate them on how to solve special problems

OMG...I know what you mean and I wish I knew myself...and then after you educate them, and then they take the credit for it.
