Homemade facial masks:
1. To moisturize & sooth:1/4 cup mashed banana or avocado w/ 1-2 tsp. of honey
2. To absorb oil & tighten: apply plain Milk of Magnesia in a thin layer. Let dry. Rinse off.
3. Gentle exfoliation: Mix 1/4 c. plain yogurt w/ 1-2 tsp. honey & some ground oatmeal to make a paste. Apply, let dry and rinse off slowly using circular motions.
Music: soft classical or jazz
Decorations: fresh flowers, candles, aromatherapy oil burner
Entertainment: "makeover/transformation" movies
e.g. "Love Potion # 9" w/ Sandra Bullock & the one where she is an FBI agent who must enter a beauty contest
"Pretty Woman" w/ Julia Roberts
The Cinderella movie w/ Drew Berrymore ("Ever After") or Disney's "Cinderella"
Mocktails:
Mix cranberry juice with a bit of fresh squeezed lime juice. Pour into tall glass with some crushed ice & finish with a touch of sparkling water. Garnish with a lime slice or a rim of sugar.
Make mojitos without the rum. Crush lemon and/or lime slices with mint leaves with a muddler. Add sparkling water & simple syrup to taste.
Put some ice in a glass & pour some (1 tblsp.) grenadine syrup over it. Fill glass 3/4 of the way with sweet grapefruit juice & a splash of sparkling water.

lit scented candles, something that produces steam to apply on your face, a hot tub with strawberry scented bubbles. facial mask and cozy pink robes. nail polish and nail care products, a skin exfoliator, lotions, herbal essences shampoo and conditioner, a leave-in hair treatment to make it manageable and shiny, and lots of hershey kisses!!!
