Ghosts, and ascended spirits are usually in color. People who are more sensative to their frequencies can see them for what they are, colorful, very much alive spirits. Others, who aren't as sensative see them in color.

Many different people see them in many different ways. I would suggest that you look into what you seen very carefully. Could have been your imagination, or something very real. Also with "ghost" activity, there are times where we see a person's aura (those are very colorful), or it could possibly be someone/things "imprint". In short trems the echo of thier energy from them doing the same thing over and over again. (Old factories would have these because the workers would have done the same thing repeatedly.) Easiest way to tell the difference would be if the ghost made eye contact or you could tell they knew you where there.

I have also seen them in colors (though rarely). I usually see faded sort of wispy basic colors, rather than full-on in-life colors. If you see the latter, than that is a powerful manisfestation indeed. But I think you mean the former, which I think may be either:
(1) a residual aura that has carried over from the once-living being;
(2) a reflection of your own aura in the ghost's light;
(3) a spirit that can tap into auras to express its mood.

Interesting question. I feel that I see what you said most people see, "wisps of white" as I have had several occasions of this but it is always sort of a flit at the corner of my vision. It always leaves me with the feeling of wondering if that was a ghost I just saw. I have never said this to anyone before, but your question reminded me of this.

I've seen them in color, white, misty and shadow people. Be thankful you can see them, I took a pic of my husband on our back porch, he was getting up after I tried my stun gun on him.........lol.....in the pic you can see a color face in the background, I'm a ghost hunter, belong to a group, so I love anything having to do with the paranormal!

Cute. I mean it, hee hee. My last supernatural was indeed in color; very bright, pink, gold, bright blue and with long, dark brown hair. Angel I think. I see most "ghosts" in my peripheral vision. The key is not to whip your head around to check it out...learn to use the periphery.

No, my husband sometimes sees them in color too. It just means you have a stronger connection with the other side.
