It would have to be between Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, and CSI: Miami (if that counts...).
Each one brings something different to the table.
DH brings humor, crazy plot twists, and has a little bit of a fantasy edge to it, but in the end, it makes you feel better about yourself when you see how screwed up their lives are. It progresses at just the right pace.
GA brings medical mysteries, which aren't as mysterious as House's, but still good. It also incorporates real life situations, and a great friendship between interns that gets pushed to breaking. Again, this makes you feel a little better about your own job/friends.
And finally, CSI: Miami has those secret lives of rich people, murdering your own husband, but actually plotting it that way, so your sister can get away with murder, etc. It makes you think, talk it out, and explore just how far these people will go for what they want.

My favorite Drama Series would be Dynasty. Dynasty was the shyt in the 80's. Dynasty made prime-time TV the bomb. Now my favorite in this day and time is Boston Legal. That show has it all...funny, drama, great acting, great looking show and did i say funny!?

ER!!! MOST DEFINITELY! The show has started to decline this season but I will always like it.
Lost is another favorite.
