Indeed it is safe - and recommended.
I clean mine out after every session.

All the temporary internet files or Cache do is:

Store basic visual information about each web page such as graphics, which helps the web page load quicker when you next visit the url.

It is not needed and is good to clean out as it takes up quite a bit of hard drive space in some cases.

It is safe to delete everything in your Temporary Internet Files folder. Cookies are stored in that folder too. Anything else that is considered a Temporary Internet File, but is not in that folder, should be left alone.

Yes. If you're using FireFox, you can set it to automatically delete the temp files for you.

You might want to save the "cookies" because they'll store your information for the sites you normally visit (i.e. your Yahoo id)

YES!!!! It will keep your computer running more efficiently. It is recomended that you do this once a week. When you do it now it will take a while. you can also clear your history, and delete cookies, these things are beneficial to your computer. Hope this helps!!!

LOL its very safe. unless you dont want to delete the websites u went on. especially convenient for those who go on inappropriate sites

the temp ones are all the history of the sites you have visited. i delete mine daily and have had no probs
