It is of course all of these. The Supreme Court has been backing away from the regulation of businesses "in restraint of trade". Companies are getting bigger and bigger. It is predicted that there will be only three to four airlines soon. You can see how that would effect ticket prices.

OMG! We just learned about that in my school!! My teacher is Mr. Glazer. Even though I did not pay attention well enough, i think it's A.
