Is there a condition where white people think they are black, or vice versa??

I don't think you are really talking about "reverse racism". What you are talking about is racial identification - meaning what race or culture does someone identify themselves as or with. I do not think you can think of yourself as a race, you either genetically are or you are not. However, there are people who identify with cultures different from their own. When someone claims they are "acting black" (a phrase I HATE btw), they usually mean they have a street/ghetto attitude, wear the "urban" clothes (baggy pants, etc) and listen to rap/hip-hop. If a white kid from the 'burbs does this, then yes, they are identifying with a different culture, but not a different race. They still think of themselves as white, I would imagine.

That condition is called, being a wanna-be. As far as reverse racism, THERE IS NO SUCH THING. To use that phrase implies that racism has a proper place and time, for only a specified group of people, and that's not true. Racism is racism, and it's wrong, period.

Racism does not require the victim or target of the racism to be black or any other race. The term reverse racism is a racist term because it assumes that all white people are racist (for it to be reversed on to them). People who hate white people are racists, not reverse racists. Hate is hate, racism is racism, it all must be combated, in all its forms. Ideas like reverse racism, shame the victim and allow racism to propagate silently.

I wouldn't say a condition but rather an adopted mentality or attitude which is far too complex to explain in this forum and would best be answered by some who has the first hand experience.

There is no such thing as reverse racism.
A white person discriminating against blacks is as racist as a black person discriminating against whites or an Arab discriminating against a Jew.
