Is there any place to get free salt water for aquariums in san diego?

I have heard that Scripps in La Jolla does but i can't find information on it anywhere. Is it true? If so where at?

That I don't know. Why are you looking to get free salt water? Perhaps the back flush from the zoo?

If you are setting up a tank, just head to the ocean. I am not sure why you are looking for free salt water since you will still have to cycle a tank and do water changes.

tis quite simple just add selster salt according to the gallons 7tablespoons for ever two gallons
