It restarts because it is experiencing a critic error.
There is a way to get it to stop shutting down and restarting but you'll probably end up with the "blue screen of death".
The good thing is it will tell what the error is!
First start it in safe mood ( press F8 at start up and select safe mood ) then go to your control panel, select the advance tab. Where it says start up and recovery select settings.
There is a section titled system failure remove the check mark in the automatically restart box.
Beware this will not fix what is causing the problem, this will only keep your computer from constantly restarting.

Good Luck!

There is a virus or spyware program causing it to do this. Use and antivirus and antispyware program to help locate an remove the offense.
