Check out your local Baskin Robins. A 3 compartment sink, Freezer units for the ice cream, scoops, cones, fudge, caramel, etc.... Basics are what you have at home. Your freezer, scoop, sink, cones. Health codes require the 3 compartment sink (wash, rinse, sanitize). If you want to go big time, you rent a shop and fill it with the following: tables, chairs, napkin holders, A/C, sign, counter, cash register, sink, blender, freezer unit for displaying ice cream, freezer unit for extra ice cream, utensils, uniform: apron, hat, gloves, trash can, Now for the consumables: ice cream and lots of it, cones, fruit for sundaes, whipped cream, nuts, hot fudge, caramel, spoons, napkins, straws, cups, bowls, fruit toppings. Check out Sam's club for most of those things and a restaurant supply store for the others.
