No it shouldn't. Blood in the semen can be normal to a certain point. Guys that lift weights and guys that are runners can have blood tinged semen. If it is a lot of blood then I would suggest seeing a doctor.

I have never heard of bp causing that problem, you might want to be checked for an std. As sad and frightening that may be if you're in a monogamous relationship, it's still a possibility.
