I have been guilty of this myself, but as of the last couple of years I have made a huge effort to stop it..the funny thing is it is usually strangers I was so ugly to cause of (you know, being cut off in traffic, people who don't know how to cross the street, being ignored at the store when you need help,

It's life you get frustrated and like a volcano who ever is in the way gets blasted when you vent your anger. You need someone to talk to you can trust so you don't get a build up to the point that someone gets blasted.

every one has anger issues some just don't know how to release the pressure in the proper ways.
