From 1987 to 2002, for mobile and fixed-site amusement rides combined, there were an estimated 4.4 amusement ride fatalities per year. In 2003 and 2004 there were 5 each year.

It is not possible for a part of a person to die. The decimal would have to be zero. I estimate that two people die in amusement parks each year.

Well, based on my findings, it's not a decimal number...
"CPSC estimates there are an average of seven deaths annually on all amusement rides--both fixed and mobile--nationwide"
But statistics aren't that precise anyway, so I'll say 6.9

on thirdage.com it said that on average 2 people die each year so i'll say 2.5 or 3.5
