my boyfriend was coming into town and i started to take the pill only a few days before i knew he was coming (maybe about 4 - 7 days before). Then carried on taking it throughout the time we was together which was for 3 days. Then I stopped taking the pill the day he left. is there any chance i could get pregnant this way? we didn't use condoms.

Yes. It usually takes at least a month for the pill to be effective in the first place (depending on which pill you are taking). Even then, sperm can live inside you for up to 7 days after sex. Yes, it's very possible. Hope you get the result you want.

In order for the pill to work you have to take it consistently. You can't take it for a about 10 days...then stop. There could be a chance you are pregnant...a very small chance, but there still is a chance. Just test when you've missed your period.

Most likely not, but you can take a test to be sure. But in order for pills to continue to be effective, you need to take them *all* the time, not just when your boyfriend is around, otherwise you'll mess up your hormones and you could get pregnant.

Yes, you could be pregnant. The pill usually takes up to a month to really get into your system and be effective.

Yes, the pill didn't have time to take effect. The pill is also not 100% effective, only abstinence is. Your best bet is to take a test.

Yes. It's always recommended that a backup method be used for the first month of pills so it has time to kick in. You used it incorrectly, and you could definitely be pregnant.

Yes you could. You need to take the pill for the entire cycle for it to be effective.
