It seems like youtube is cracking down on people who upload the videos by removing them as we can see with theyellowflash1234. I would like to still view them wihtout paying any special fees such as club prices and what not. Does anyone know where I can get them for free.

It's free, subbed, everything, except it takes a very long time to download, and it has errors occasionally. I wouldn't recommend it though, but I do love their manga section.
(I think NM gets their episodes and manga chapters from Dattebayo, but I'm not sure...)

all you have to do is log in to an account and you can download naruto
but unless you pay them 5 bucks a month you can only download 1 eps per day. so it almost took me a whole year just to get to where they are now with the series in japan.

The episodes are available for download from dattebayo.com through bittorrent. Just look on the left hand side for the episodes.
