Sentence 1 is correct.

Sentence 2 is missing quotation marks after the first comma as well as after the second comma. 'Or' is also incorrectly capitalized.

Sentence 3 is missing a comma before the first quotation mark and quotation marks following the period.

Sentence 4 contains all of the proper quotation marks, but the second comma should be inside, rather than outside of them.

The answer below indicates that sentence 3 should not receive a comma before the quotation marks because they do not indicate a direct quote. If this is true, then sentence 4 is still incorrect due to the fact that it has a comma before quotations that are not a direct quote. As before, sentence 1 is the only completely correct sentence.

Hope this helps!

1 & 4

#4 is also correct because in 99% of English sentences, the commas do go inside. The 1% is when you are writing a short piece of fiction (like a short story, poem or song title).

...and #3 does not get a comma before "Introduction..." because it is not a direct quote.
