what happens when a woman in the parts of china that does population control has triplets?

ive heard they kill the extra baby because families are only allowed 2 kids.

As a Chinese that live in Beijing I can tell you that it is not ture. First on all, even if you have more then 3 kids all you need to do in to pay more tax. If you have triplets you don't even need to pay it. We don't kill babies just because of the one child law.
