Hey curlycut, it seems your the one holding the blunt object. Why are you getting so angry? I'm simply asking a question in a PEACEFUL manner. I'm not pointing any fingers.

Definitely. I'm a shy extrovert, which means I get mistaken for an introvert a lot (in fact, I used to think I was an introvert myself.)

Introverts are often seen as too quiet, too reserved, too dull or not fun enough at gatherings. They're not "people who need people," as Barbra Streisand sang.

So they get perceived as snobby or out of the loop or weird or socially maladjusted.

Which is unfair--they just don't require the same kind of stimulation and social interaction that extroverts crave. It's not a sin or even a flaw, it's just a different way of reacting to the world and what it has to offer.

As an extrovert, I'm lively, a quick thinker, and emotional. But sometimes, I don't think deeply enough, I'm "too loud" for some people's taste, and just too volatile and excitable to handle all the time.

Introverts can be a real relief sometimes!

I think introverts need some better PR. Maybe they can hire some extroverts to do it--they don't seem like very good self-promoters.
