Your thoughts are completely unique. Consider what's going on up there, the kind of thinking your brain is doing right now...memories, imaginings, sensations, perceptions, categorizing, naming, feelings, attitudes, values, motivations, needs, reasoning, analyzing, associating, intuiting, problem solving, learning, decision making, planning, communicating...and more.
Quite a combination! It's amazing, and every bit of that is done with YOUR unique inputs and YOUR unique mental skills. Your subjective experience is one of a kind.

Yes your thought are unique because you asked a question and did not explain what your thoughts are? or what you want to know? this shows to me that your thought are unique in a way that no normal person do.

You probably think about 100'000 thoughts a day, so I would say a great deal of them are unique and personal to you. Nobody else in the world has your mind or personality, your preferences, or your subconscious impressions of things. Quite a lot of thoughts you think are unconscious ones, thoughts you are not even aware of. These are the really unique ones. It's better to think your OWN thoughts than repoductions of somebody else's.

Your thoughts may be unique in the way you put them together. I'm sure that although we are built in the same way our thought formations are a unique creation.
It's interesting that we don't all have the same number of bones in our body's. So I'm pretty sure our thought processes aren't exactly the same as each other.

You don't mention what those thoughts are, so I am presuming that you mean your overall thought patterns in general.
Totally unique just to YOU, on an ongoing basis, probably not. Much as we would like to think that no one else is anything like us, our individual uniqueness has its limitations.
Whatever these thoughts you are referring to could be, I have no doubt that SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE has thought them before and others will think them in the future.
However, unless you are consciously projecting them to someone else who is actually CONSCIOUSLY RECEIVING them (and this is a VERY rare ability - the receiving, not the projecting) you are probably the only person thinking EXACTLY what you are thinking at any given moment - just as each and every one of us is.
(Simultaneous thought DOES happen, but it is a rare occurrance and is usually spontaneous as opposed to deliberately initiated.)
Thoughts on the same subject may differ from individual to individual, but there are just SOOOO MANY of us, I would find it hard to imagine that any one thought could be TOTALLY exclusive, over all time, to any one individual.

An interesting question, without a positive answer. We have evidence that people clash and oppose one another, but we can never prove that we are thinking exactly the same thing as those around us.

Because the thoughts are occurring in your mind, in your time, they implicitly become unique.
