That depends on where you are.

Being nude in downtown Tehran probably isn't a good idea.

Being nude on some beaches in Miami is legal.

Being nude on some beaches in New York is not legal.

We need more nudity in America. Our culture has too many issues with nudity that negatively impact our feelings about ourselves, our bodies, our sex-lives. We need to get over it.

Non-sexual nudity is legal in many locations, such as on federal land unless specifically restricted, designated nude and clothing-optional beaches, and nudist clubs and resorts. Outside these venues, laws vary depending on state or local ordinances.

It is currently legal for women to be top-free in public in Canada, New York State, and Texas, as well as many specific locations such as Miami Beach, and many local celebrations and fairs.

Yes. They can cite you on indecent exposure, public disturbance, possibly even public nudity and disturbing the peace.

Well, it causes problems if you're cute OR ugly.

If you're ugly, then no way. Nobody wants to look at that.

If you're cute, then you're a distraction and you'll cause traffic jams and accidents and stuff.

But if you're mid-level attractive, go ahead. You'll probably get away with it.

Yes, it's called "Public Decency." It IS a violation and you could be arrested for it. That's why there are private "clothing optional" beaches, resorts and clubs.

That's also why men invented the mini-skirt!! lol!!
