The data storage standard is 1000 megs per gig. Some manufacturers count 1024 bytes as one megabyte, some count 1000 bytes, but in general it is 1000 to 1.

it should be 1000 but i dont know about different systems. it should be about 1000 kb in 1 mb and 1000 mb in 1 gb
