A visual text makes its meanings with images, or with meaningful patterns.
Examples would be storyboards, flowcharts, tables, or tree diagrams.

Visual text is seeing the written word in film! Watch the film instead of reading the book. Do you get more out of that..do you agree with the visual interpretation...or is the written text more meaningful to you?
