They haven't really changed my life, but sometimes I like what they say. I have several taped to my computer at work:
" I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand."

My hubby had an affair and left me and I'm going through a divorce so I look at them everyday to provide some wisdom...

The way to understand fortune cookies is to add the words 'in bed' to the end of the saying. Works every time and is quite funny

Nah. The ones I get are usually mean spirited. Oddly enough. I've been told by a cookie on numerous occasions that I would make a good lawyer.

i've got certainly considered one with the fortune: "some adult adult males dream of fortunes, others dream of cookies." i've got considered yet another that stated: "do no longer concern approximately keeping a severe place, purely concentration on your ideal place." (exceedingly humorous after my pal further "in mattress" to the top)
