I want to make my own proxy. The reason why is my school administration keeps blocking all the proxies, even the good proxies. is it possible for me to do this. if so give me info, websites etc.

That would be a waste of time because as soon as you used it they would block it too. They can see everything you do online and any time you try to access something you shouldn't it gets logged and they use that log to add sites to the blocked list.
