Honestly!!
It wouldn't surprise me in the least!!
It would be interesting to know their story though!!

then freak out
then cry with joy
then ask why my parents didnt tell me

I expect I would give a new someone who is part of my family a chance. My family are the most important thing to me, I'd hate to think part of it was left out in the cold.

Id be gobsmacked!!But i think it would be fair to try to get to know them,if they are really related then theres the chance you might share same characteristics/sense of humour etc.and hey-maybe get a new friend!! xx

Get to know them as a person and, if all goes well, grow to love them as though they had always been part of your life.

It's already happened once and given my father's reputation and 2 stints in the military, I would not be at all surprised if it happened again.
