Article four, section four reads: Section 4 - Republican government

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

This states that the states are bound together to respect each other's soverignty and provide mutual defense.
Also, section one is known as the full faith and credit clause. It states that each state supports the rules of each other state

Republicanism In The Constitution

The question you are being asked is straight-forward. The key to answering it is understanding just what is meant by 'republicanism.'

Republicanism is a form of government in which the people are represented by appointed representatives. In the case of the United States, these representatives come in the form of Congressmen and women and Senators. The United States actually has a system of government commonly referred to as a 'Democratic Republic', because we democratically select who will represent us to our government by voting.

A quick glance at Section 4 of Article IV of the Constitution should give you your answer!

The constitution was written to help the white man govern other white men. They had no intentions of honoring Indians from the beginning. They treated the Indians just like savage animals hence the name "savages" It makes me sick that the white man couldn't even honor himself to take care of this land. The constitution all in all is just a bunch of words and words are cheap.
