You can do both while you're on your period. I would prefer a shower during that time of month because I'd rather not sit in what I'm trying to wash off. As far as a pool...wear a tampon! No worries...you'll be just fine!

Sure, you can. Best thing to do is put a fresh tampon in right before bathing or swimming. You should be fine.

well, you can swim during your period because it will clean all of the blood away. The blood goes down the drain and u have that freshness feeling. i don't know about swimming because if u swim or dive too much, you could leak in the water. and no one wants to see that!

to bath yes, to swim, yes also but think whats gonna be the color of the water after, isn't it messy??and one thing, staying to water long will cease the blood flow, especially in cold temperature then eventually will lead you to sever headache.
