Bush hardly knows his way out of the restroom, let alone everything about our defense system.
If the navy had seen this missle as a threat, they would have reacted to it. Don't forget, this is a weapon built by the Russians. They don't have the greatest technology in the world. There isn't even any proof that the system works.
